Branding a real estate project requires an of understanding the property, the neighborhood and the demographics of the people who will be living or working there. Once established a diverse population can come together and form a community where they can work, live and play. For my work, success was measured in the number of qualified prospects and ultimately in how quickly the units were fully leased.
